    Good Lats Exercise to assist bench.

    I read that lats helps increase your bench, and i was curious as to wuts a good lat exercise or 2 and what I should do to most increase my bench via those supporting muscles.

    Are weighted chin-ups supposed to be better than weighted pull-ups for back? I always thought pull-ups were better for back than chin-ups.

    Yea but I think pull ups hit the back better, since thats what you asked. Also you probably know this already but I think that triceps play more of a role in how much you can bench than your back. Building some strong triceps will definetly help you greatly improve your bench. Close grip bench works the best IMO for building powerful triceps.
