    Deadlifts and Quad development

    To what degree would you say regular, not stiff-legged, deadlifts affect the quads?

    deadlifts do jack squat for my legs in terms of stimulating hypertrophy
    I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.

    I feel it more in my lower back,hams, glutes,upper back, and traps (I shrug after every rep) than in my quads. Thats just my 2 cents!!!

    Leatherface if u want to use deadlifts to assist your quad development.....perform them with a sumo stance.....works great and develop great power.....hope this helps.
