Nowhere near enough protein, whether you are cutting or not..............or whatever your goals might be!!

Your first meal only has 15 grams of protein.

3 meals are shakes, and one is a 20 gram bar..........not good.

Eat more egg whites and eggs, and more solid food meals consisting of lean beef, more chicken breasts, tuna, and add in some complex carbs like brown rice, yams, oatmeal, baked potatoes, etc.,you will have to eat more than this to grow or retain muscle size.

    Good luck!!
