    have to make weight

    I need to loose 7 lbs in 1 day just temporary. what do you guys think i
    should do. I am trying to get into lower weight for fighting

    anything to sweat off as much water as you can, its extremely unhealthy... but its what people do for a weigh in day thing. try to not drink as much, go to a sauna like suggested, wear layers of sweats while running or doing other cardio, take a laxative to clean out your system as well.... itd be murder and im not suggesting you do it lol.

    ya def do cardio.. just remember what ever you take out or put in to your body is what will show short term. you can eat some food just be aware of how much it weighs-no water.

    be careful with the laxative..that stuff puts a lot of strain on your body. you still have to fight remember

    just got back, i wore long johns and a sweat suit in the sauna. i also did the hardest
    20min HIIT cardio of my life. just splashed water in my mouth. I don't have a fight for
    another month. I am just weighing in to fight at 185 i weighed in at 192 this morning
    we'll see if i make it i can go weigh in at 1pm today if i think i'm ready.

    What kind of fighting are you going to do. My buddy was kinda sick with the cutting thing for wrestling in high school. His dumbass passed out in a sauna and had to be brought out of there in an ambulance. I never knew how much this helped him but he would suck on candy to make saliva and continusly spit into a bottle. But now that I think about it dont you think that would negativly effect him by putting glucose into his blood?

    i do mix martial arts, it's in a UFC type league. I have a record of 4 and 1 fighting
    at 160 last year. Since I slacked off for like 9months I think i might just wait till next
    year when i am peak condition. I weighed 187 after going to gym and doing all of that
    stuff. Oh well, I really don't need more broken bones screwing up my workouts.
