    How much can you leg curl with one leg??

    Damnit, Im tired of all the people making pointless threads like this...
    Every time I get on now-a-days, I see a thread like
    How much can you bench
    How much can you curl
    How much can you curl with one arm
    What do you military press?

    Why do people care so much about it?

    Im sorry to make a whole thread about this...but I just had to say how stupid it is....

    I think it's stupid as well. However, I can think of a reason. It helps one to set realistic goals to shoot for on a long term basis.

    I hate those type of threads. They are useless! Its all based on honesty and most people tend to imbelish a little.

    I know!!! I too think its rather lazy!! I can understand wanting to have some ugly(hold on, I should say "unpleasant" top be politically correct!!) part of ones body removed or modified, but pec implants and such, LIFT weights and stick to a diet for fucks sake!

    One leg curl ≥ √2500 + 44

    Yeah, I can see about long-term goals. I myself askd if anyone knew the 'average' statistics for squats and deadlifts by age and/or weight. Something like that would actually be very useful for setting goals (which was what I intended to do), but I was told no such information existed. Besides, if you ask on a bodybuilding forum, it's going to be far more than average (most likely) and you probably won't get a very good feel for what your realistic goals should be. That's why I asked what the average person can do.

    I do one legged leg curls all the time. My left legs seems to like the kneeling curl machine better than the right.

    One leg curl >= [(sqrt(625)) + 75]x9 reps.

    I didn't have any other comments. Just wanted to mindlessly answer the question at hand =D

    I do 95 for reps, never tried a max on it.

    If we all answer in complicated math functions they will get a booster in mathematics, at least they will get something out of the pointless threads.
