    threw up at the gym

well, i went out on a date last night and the chick was boring as shit so
i just sat there and got tottally hammered and it was lame. hungover as crap
today. I go to the gym and i'm doing some HIIT cardio i got to about 14mins
and threw up in my mouth and ran to the bathroom. I didn't make it. I projectile
vomitted all over the sink and all over my clothes it was horrible i was so fuckin
embarrassed. So went and got a mop and some other shit and cleaned the
    whole bathroom for them.

i guess i'll never do that again.

I had a nice clean expulsion into the toilet, and then a supprise projectile attack on the garbage can a couple weeks ago after leg day.

    There went all my protein.

I can't ever imagine pushing myself to the point of vomit, but hey when it happens it happens I guess.

I 've gotten ill at hockey practice back in the day, but never at the gym. Guess I don't hit it hard enough.
I do my best to focus on the task at hand, and give 100% in what I'm doing at the time. Nothing else matters except the task at hand.

The other day I was working on my abs, doing some twists, and after doing a few I had this horrible sickening feeling in my stomach and sure enough I threw up all over my-self and on the floor. At least I was at home.

prolonged physical exertion from training legs can cause dehydration and heat exhaustion. it is probably one of many reasons.

you don't see it with the smaller body parts because their simply isn't as much work being performed by the body. you can do 1 set of curls @ 80 lbs for 10 reps, you just moved 800 lbs. a set of 15 reps with 800 lbs on the leg press is 12,000 lbs. no mutiliply each one them by 3. 2,400 lbs for curls and 36,000 lbs for leg presses, it's a world of difference
I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.

well I obviously don't train hard enogh as i have never vomited from working out. I drink a lot of water when working out as I have always workout at home. I have never lifted in a gym in my life. Now I have workout so hard before that the wife has to take top position as I'm to tired to climb on top. The only time I vomit is if I drink to damn much and that takes a lot of beer and tequila and the sickness comes from waking up next to some ugly fatass chick when the wife is away.
