As a general comment, the theory behind rep range is that you work the muscle with 3 exercises (like one for 6-8 reps, one for 9-11 reps and one for 12-15 reps). Your routine has only 2 exercises per muscle. I am not saying it will not work for you or that the P/RR/S cannot be tweaked, however, a purest would use 3 exercises as the intent is to work all the fibers (type 1, 2a and 2b).

I did notice you had the higher rep range for pull overs at the beginning of the sets. Suggest the lower range be employed at the beginning of the sets.

By according to gopro, he said that you only need 2 exercies, eg.
    "EP RANGE: week 2

    - CG weighted chin...2 x 6-8
    - WG T-Bar row...2 x 8-10
    - Dumbell row...2 x 10-12
    - Pullover...2 x 12-15"

That is 4 exercises, two set per exercise.

    For antiblack:

Try to pick 3 exercises per bodypart so that you can get into 3 different rep ranges during this week...even if one of the exercises is done for only a single set (as Phred correctly mentioned above). Or, alternatively, if you only use two exercises, run the gamut of rep ranges within those two movements.

Here are examples of the above using the chest workout you created (even using only the 5 sets you have allowed for this bodypart):

    bench press...2 x 7-9
    flye...2 x 10-12
    dumbell pullover...1 x 13-15

    or

    bench press...1 x 13-15, 1 x 10-12, 1 x 7-9
    flye...1 x 10-12, 1 x 7-9

    Understand?
