Glandular Fever. How long b4 i can lift again?

    Hi Guys,

I have glandula fever, wanted to know how long before i can lift again and how hard i can go when i come back.

I know its an individual thing, and depends upon my doctors word aswell, but what are your experiences with the illness?

i think you may be better off talking to a Dr. about this one. I would imagine that you should take it easy when you come back. At least for a week or so.
