    Those darn calves..

How often do you work them?

Unless you have good genetics will be tough to get big calves IMO!

I train calves twice per week. They are a very "genetic" muscle. It seems like you got em or you don't. I have had to kill myself for every centimeter I have added to my calves...but they have grown! I imagine that if I had some decent calf genetics, mine would be 20" by now! I won't stop finding new ways to kill them though...can't give up!
