My Routine (needs help)
My Routine Monday 20lbs (ez-curl bar : 1 set) - warmup 10 reps 44lbs (ez-curl bar : 1 set) - 10 reps 50lbs (ez-curl bar : 1 set) - 6 reps 20lbs x 2(freeweights standing curls : 1 set) - 10 reps 25lbs x 2(freeweights standing curls : 1 set) - 10 reps 30lbs x 2(freeweights standing curls : 1 set) - 6 reps 55lbs (seated bench press : 1 set) - 10 reps 65lbs (seated bench press : 1 set) - 10 reps 79lbs (seated bench press : 1 set) - 6 reps 20lbs x 2(freeweights seated bench press: 1 set) - 10 reps 25lbs x 2(freeweights seated bench press: 1 set) - 10 reps 30lbs x 2(freeweights seated bench press: 1 set) - 6 reps If someone can please take the time and make my workout chart neater and give me proper names for all the technicques I would be happy, I am not done I still have more days ex) tuesday. I am trying to build strength |

IMO do more sets. I used to be at your level a few months ago but I did 4 sets of everything and I am getting results.

IMO do biceps after your seated bench press, by seated benchpress i think you mean military press or shoulder presses?

What this means is that when we drop a ball and it falls to the ground, it wasn't the ball that moved (down to the ground), but the ground that moved (up to the ball)
