Bicep Exercises
I work on my biceps once a week but im unsure of how many different exercises i should do in that session. At the moment im only doing 2 because i heard your biceps are prone to overtraining during your other exercises
Is this true or should i be doing more exercises? |

After all the biceps only have the same insertion point so you cant train different parts of that muscle so the only thing you can do is the above. I would change either preacher/dubell curl to reverse or hammer curl. |
