    Bicep Exercises

I work on my biceps once a week but im unsure of how many different exercises i should do in that session. At the moment im only doing 2 because i heard your biceps are prone to overtraining during your other exercises

Is this true or should i be doing more exercises?

Yeah why not just do 30 sets 3 times a week for them! And see your biceps start to resemble peaks of mountains which you can camp on and eat the food when its dere.

Instead of changing the exercise try changing the rep range and rep speed, I feel thats all I need once adaption takes place.

After all the biceps only have the same insertion point so you cant train different parts of that muscle so the only thing you can do is the above.

I would change either preacher/dubell curl to reverse or hammer curl.
