    Pyarmid or Reverse poll

just like to get a statistic on what youve gained most with (strength or size), looking for people that have utilized one system over the other predominantly and seen some good results from their efforts.

ive always used the standard pyramid, progressive resistance, and ive seen pretty good gains over the years, but then again ive never tried the reverse pyramid system extensively.

    Anyone game to answer '3'?

I don't pyramid at all. Just do my sets in a certain rep range, which I change now and then.
What this means is that when we drop a ball and it falls to the ground, it wasn't the ball that moved (down to the ground), but the ground that moved (up to the ball)

I also have a specific set and rep range, and just perform until that goal is met. Of course, I adjust the weights and sets and reps if needed.
