Hello again you all. I have been doing alot of reading and learning and i have a few questions.
1) what are the differances between HST and other routines?
2) I will be looking into a gym soon and check into how much it will cost.They do offer personal trainers (at an extra cost of course) and i dont have a whole lot of money but is this something i should look into using?
3) Considering the work schedual i have, i dont have realy any time to eat 6 meals a day.All i do now is lunch and dinner. Is using more supliments something i should do? All i use now is protein and createin. Should i look into taking alot more supliments to get what i need and if so what do you recomend that would help me out?
