Tendonitis

Ok, I train 4 days a week and I am just now getting to where I feel Like I am pushing some weight. Problem is that I have this pain on the outside of my elbow. (Tennis elbow) It is realy bad when I grip the bar. I have tried different grips but nothing seems to help. SHort of taking time off, does anyone have any advice for me other than "stop being a puss"

That happened to me. I couldn't stand to stop training, so I ignored the pain for a whole year. It kinda just went away... At times it got REALLY bad, and when that happened I iced it every day. So just ice it, and use a thermal pressure strap, too.

Don't listen to the genius who told you to use a strap. Straps are bad and they will make you dependent on them. You should take time off and then when your elbow feels better, you should start doing wrist curls in both directions up and down. Ice several times a day and don't try topical creams etc.
If you just try to work through it eventually it will become really bad and you'll have to take a lot of time off. I know because I tried working through it and then it got very bad in both my elbows and now I am on almost my fifth month of not training because of my elbows and shoulder. The longer you wait the more time it will take to go away

If you have insurance that will cover physical therapy, you can get ultrasound will which cut down your rehab time by alot.
