need help
i new to working out and need a little advice for you. First off, I am 230 lbs and stand at 6'3. Now here is my question, is it posible to lose 30 lbs by just weight training and a strict diet, or do I have to cardio. I am currently in college and I think that I don't have enough time. so please help.

It may take longer without cardio, but sure it can be done with just training and diet.
