bump

I'm just over two weeks out from competition and I still have 6-7 pounds to lose (or so I'm guessing, there's still some good fat on my lower abs). I've been doing HIIT after my morning workouts, and now I'm adding a second session of cardio in the evening after work. Is it fine to do HIIT twice a day? Or should I go for a "Normal" session the second time around?
I've done and survived but I think most of th eothers that I've seen mix it up with something else in the second session like splitting the time between elliptical and stationary bike.
