HIIT on lifting days

anyone do this. I am going for a mega cut. So I am currently doing HIIT
cardio 4-5days a week and lifting 4 days a week. How hard should do the
cardio on my lifting days. I have read to not go much over 70% of my
max stamina on the cardio after i get done lifting. How true is this???

well, i'm just trying to keep all the mass i have right now. I have to bring my weight down back to 160, I am at 190 right now @17%bf which is horrible I know but I'm workin
on it. Last year I was fighting at 159@11% bf. this upcoming season I want to be the
same weight but @ about 8% keep in mind I need all the strength I can get too.

I "attmpted" doing some HIIT after my workout, but it just failed on me. I was too exhausted to go past 5 minutes of HIIT, or maybe I just didn't pace myself well enough....
