    Good Form

How many people in your gymn are using as light a weight as they should and maintaining good form? What percentage would you guess.

I can honestly say that I see almost no-one in my gymn doing it right. Everyone seems to load 6,800 pounds on the leg press and proceed to move the weight back and forth about three inches.

I see people using way too much on the bench press and just flying through the movement like they are jerking off. Using almost nothing but momentum.

I don't know and I don't care, as long as they stay the hell out of my squat rack.

yeah, it happens. no to be racist, but the asians around here (i go to a university with a lot of engineers) who wear dockers and collared shirts to the gym have the most horrible form ive ever seen. its good for a few laughs though.

I dont really care, but it does provide some humour on a regular basis!

Its funny to see tall skinny guys trying to curl 120 on the ez bar for a big 2-3 reps, swigning back and forth so hard, I feel a breeze! Or the smart asses who throw 400on the bar for squats yet the only thing thats paralel to the ground when they go down is their feet!
Life is what you make of it, not what it makes you...TAKE CHARGE!

Close to nobody uses proper form. The ones with correct form are usually men and are usually competitive BB's or just guys that take working out seriously. I hear everything from wrong terminology, bad posture, wierd form, pointless injury prone exercises, overtraining and 99.9% plain old bad gym manners and etiquitte. I'd say 10 people are 100% on every one of these.
