Despite my diet being relatively shit, my strength keeps on going up in the gym, today was my chest workout.

I have only been to the gym 3 times over the past two weeks could this be the reason whyI knocked my Kneecap yesterday and its really sore should I not perform SLDL/Squats tomorrow

That's sort of how it's going for me. My diet wasn't very good, but I was making satisfactory gains. However, I've changed that now and I've started drinking more water and eating some healthier foods. I hope even the little changes will count in the long run (the short run would help too).

One thing I've learned regarding diet, every little bit counts. For myself, cutting out sugar was the first step, now everything else is falling in-line. I am finally able to reap the rewards of my hard work. Glad I could be of help.Originally Posted by APG
