Gymnasts...
Volume vs Intenstity? These guys are constantly using their muscles in practice and probably lift on top of their training. That is a lot of volume on their muscles and yet their are all pretty big, ripped and have overall "good bodies". Wouldn't their training be considered overtraining?

Not to be a dick, which means I'm going tobe a big fuckin dick, but doesn't it remotely bother you thread starters that your spelling is horrible?
If the gymnasts are big and ripped, then they are probably not overtraining--their bodies can handle the amount of work they are doing. |
