Gymnasts...

Volume vs Intenstity? These guys are constantly using their muscles in practice and probably lift on top of their training. That is a lot of volume on their muscles and yet their are all pretty big, ripped and have overall "good bodies". Wouldn't their training be considered overtraining?

Not to be a dick, which means I'm going tobe a big fuckin dick, but doesn't it remotely bother you thread starters that your spelling is horrible?

If the gymnasts are big and ripped, then they are probably not overtraining--their bodies can handle the amount of work they are doing.

elite male gymists are not big men. most go about 5'4 and under 150 lbs. they have low body fat which gives them the illusion of being much larger than they are

Good point. I was just watching it today. The guys on the rings were diesel looking.
