I have same problem when performing flat bench (when going heavy). Most people on here say either use straps, lower weights, alter your grip on the ez or change the ez for a different movements which places less stress on your wrists guess you will have to experiment

def wrap your wrists up...theres products on the market specially made for this...i never use a straight bar for curls...use cambered...wrap your wrists on bench presses...some workout gloves come with wrist wraps...and flat benching isnt really the best exercise imo...focus on incline for some nice chest development

I have had several ganglionic cysts in my wrists from mountain biking back in the day. Every once in a while, one will come back and bother me so I always
use wraps. To strengthen your wrists and the connective tissues around them, do light wrist curls (5-7 lbs) every way your wrists move, 10 reps each way. Be careful when lifting as to not hyper-extend your wrists with heavy weight.
