Chest workout - help

Need help with my chest routine. My chest is weak and sagging. Need to shape up and firm my chest.

Resistance training. Nutrition. Exercise.



What this means is that when we drop a ball and it falls to the ground, it wasn't the ball that moved (down to the ground), but the ground that moved (up to the ball)

Yes I do. I have been doin incline, decline and push ups.

post your diet and routine???? your chest is more than likely sagging from excess
bodyfat. Some people hold it different. I would suggest maybe trying to cut a bit and
get on an ECA stack.
