    how do know how much body fat you have?and what should it be at?

    IMO an athlete shouldn't be much higher than 14-15% bf
    I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.

    Last I saw I believe 14-19% was considered "good" by United States standards, which is pretty soft for any fitness person.

    I believe I'm in the 14 range right now. The only times I have been under 13% have been when I was doing regular walking, my body is very stubborn.

    ask a trainer at your gym to give you a body fat calipers test (preferably 7 sites over 3) to find out what your bf% is.
