    Help with tanning.

    Hey
    Iv been tanning for a week now for this amateur competition im going into, and its driving me crazy, Im itching so bad,
    What do you guys do to get a tan before competition, do u get it from the SUN or from beds,
    any help would be great
    obsession is just a word the lazy use to describe the DEDICATED

    Try tan in a can . I have a girlfriend allergic to the sun so she always puts that crap on and it looks real enough ./

    Even if you do use a tanning bed you will still need at least 2 coats of Protan. If you are the type of person that does not tan well (light complected) then tanning is not going to help that much anyway. You would be better off using 3-4 coats of Protan.

    When my wife competed (she is a blond, very light skin) she tanned for two months and it almost worthless.
