    High Risk Hernia exercises?

Hey guys, i posted this in another thread mentioning that i have had 2 hernias in the past(both non-lifting related). I don't want to get a 3rd, can you guys point me out exercises to steer clear of? I know squats and dead-lifts are two. How about shrugs, when ive tried that it seems to put a lot of pressure down low? Anything else i should avoid?

leg press. I know a guy who got a hernia from those and they worry me a bit too. Funnily, squats and dedlifts I find OK.
What this means is that when we drop a ball and it falls to the ground, it wasn't the ball that moved (down to the ground), but the ground that moved (up to the ball)
