    Been out of the Game

Whast up everyone. Its been a while since i've lifted seriously or posted, at least two months or three. Anyway i started a new job and am absolutley demolished by the end of the day, i hve NO energy. I went out and bought Trac creatine even though i swore i'd never buy anything but protein. The thing is I need energy bad. I normally can do three sets of 8-10 reps of 225 of flat bench i could barely do one set of 6 on Wednesday,,,I just left the gym I was so pissed.

Anyway, I was wondering if anyone had any advice about this?

    Squat: 5x5: 295lbs
    Bench: 1x4: 275
    Dead: 1x1: 475

My solution was to go before work. All of my fresh energy is focused on my workouts, if I don't go to the gym in the morning I feel antsy the whole day.
Having a stressful job or a job that requires alot of moving around would kill my workouts if I went after work.

what kind of work are you doing ? how is your sleep ? how is your diet ?

if you haven't done any cardio also this whole time then your respiratory endurance is for shit as well. that will have a big effect on your overall whole body endurance.
I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.
