    Post im new and id like some help

    im 5' 3" and im very muscular but i want to get cut and i have a little bit of man boobs but i dont want them to get too big so what advice can you give me to help me to get cut?

    very muscular but man boobs???? that is two completely different things.

    getting cut has to do with your diet. Make sure you are eating properly. Are you weight training?

    yes i have been weight training for a about 1 month now but ive been slacking lately and ive been using musclemilk and some multi-vitamins and some nitrotech

    slacking isn't going to help you at all. get a solid lifting and diet program down.

    so how many times a week should i workout? and can you help me with a lifting workout?

    how do you keep your bf% low? and right now i really don't have a workout routine so if you could help me or give me one id appreciate it
