    i need advice to help me get a 6pac

    my bf% is 21-23% right now and id like to lower it so i can get a 6pac ive been doing crunches about 400 a day 3-4 times a week and stuff i havn't been doing very much cardio is cardio what i need?

    cardio and diet is what you need crunches alone are useless

    so how many times a week should i cardio and for how long? should i stop drinking pop like pepsi and start drinking alot of water?

    Yeah, that would be a good idea. Even though soda has 0% fat it has a ton of sugar. Drinking water would help a lot. I suggest eating lean, doing HIIT Cardio and maybe buying a fat burner to help get you started.

    is their anything else besides water i could drink like orange juice and stuff i know im goin to stop drinking pop but i just don't wanna drink just water too...what is HIIT cardio?

    juices contain sugar, although natural its still sugar

    drink water and maybe sometimes diet beverages

    if you really want a sixpack, you would get yourself a good diet. your goal is to stay below calorie maintenance level. consume sufficient amounts of protein, carbs and EFA's.

    HIIT stands for high intensity interval training, people say its the most effective way of doing cardio in order to lose bodyfat

    read the sticky threads in the diet and nutrition section, get yourself a diet, do cardio 3 times a week for 20-30 minutes, get a good training routine and you will get that sixpack. they say sixpacks become visible at 10-12% body fat. results differ for different ppl. mine start to come out at about 15-16%,
