    I will end up buying one of these books. I am curious to know why there are so many books on bodybuilding. It doesn´t seem necessary a lot of the knowledge they try to pass. IMO of course.

    It is a rather simple sport.

    Rob, out of all of those books...what are the top 2 that is most benefitial. Do you have them all? I was thinking about getting the "Feed the muscle burn the fat" and "ripped, muscle unleashed"

    well i got the book and read it.....it had a lot of sound advice in it(couple of things in there that i hadnt tried before but will now) a lot of common knowledge stuff...he talks bout eating and working out to your body type, ecto,meso,endo and gives some advice for each..all in all im not dissapointed at all but i did expect better...his anabolics section was shit.....price was 19.99..seems a little steep for waht your getting
