Reverse grip curls using an EZ curl bar. (Try them on a preacher stand). Dumbell hammer. Barbell wrists curls with wrists hanging off of a bench. Weighted rope curl.

I love the wrist curls, really get em burning. also if you use wrist wraps stop. It will increase your grip strenght and your forearm size.

Hammer curls, wrist curls, and wrist pull downs with rope - wrist movement only.
