Your paw does seem a little pale.
I haven't been able to lift in 5 days because of school/being sick. I went it today and tried to do my arm routine but couldn't even finish it.
I just hate not having any energy, and when I don't lift I feel like I can see my muscles getting smaller day by day. The worst part is that when I start back up I will have to take it easy a little because otherwise I will be too sore to stay on my schedule.

jk, i live in massachusetts so im always sick fall-beginning of spring but i only get colds and sinus infections. Seriously, if i lived somewhere warm like florida or california, i would never get sick...ever
It's just the cold weather and allergy season that's killing me here

I disagree. I don't work out when I'm sick. Say, for example, I'm feeling drained of energy, and my head hurts, and I'm a little dizzy. Next, I try a clean and press. As I'm holding the weight over my head, my arms give out. No more me.
Don't be stupid. Take the time off if you need it.
