    Pretty crazy

Yesterday I benched 145lbs for 8 reps, something I had never done. For most that isn't a great accomplishment, but figuring 3 months ago i could barely get 75lbs up 8 times, its not half bad (I weigh 160lbs). Also, I broke my collar bone two months prior to my start in lifting, so my left arm could barely lift itself from non use. Just a personal goal I wished to share!

Wow, that is amazing. Kind of makes my progress seem trivial. My max bench was only around 75 lbs 2 months ago and now I can bench around 110. Hope to make 140 by the end of May.

A job well done. As it was said above, what really matters is that you improve, not what someone else can do.
