yes
if you are not currently exercising, you do not need to start taking supplements, even if you plan to start exercising. start doing it the old fashon way first.
Would two weeks of regular excersise then taking supplements work? And by old fashion way could you give some examples. I'm sure running/walking/jogging and crunches are some.

The supplements i'm looking to use are Nitro Tech and Cell Tech. Also thinking about Xyience NOX-CG3. Any ideas?
I still say that Creatine is a pretty bad supplement to use to reduce body fat. In fact its almost humerous that you think Creatine will cause fat loss.
Most people pick up water weight with creatine, they dont lose it.
Creatine will help you to gain muscle. The fat that muscle burns is far less than the actual weight you put on in muscle in the first place. Therefore, you may lose some bodyfat, but you will gain more weight than you lose.
Supplements are always a choice that you as an individual need to decide whether you are going to use.Quote:

You would benefit from taking added protein like whey, in conjuction with a balanced diet and resistance training. A multivitamin would also be beneficial. Others, like fish oil can also be of use in overall health and fitness goals. Then there's things like Creatine, fat loss supplements, and fancy protien/carb blends with fancy names. Bear in mind that some of these get expensive and the value they would have at your stage would be minimal.
Basically, exercise, weight training, and a clean diet with a mild caloric deficit will take you a long way before you need fancy supplements.
If you are really looking to make a change for yourself, you need to start with your diet. No amount of fat burners, protein shakes, or creatine will do anything for you if you don't change your habits. Eating habits and workout habits. There is no magic bullet/supplement that is going to get you in shape overnight. You certainly didn't gain the weight overnight so you most certainly won't loose it that fast.Quote:

Make sure you exercise for at least 20 minutes a day 5 days a week.
This is a VERY simplistic plan that will yield results. Try it for two weeks and you will not only see, but feel the results. Muscletech and celltech are both over marketed/overrated products. Go over to the 'Diet and nutrition' section and read the stickies there for more detailed info on proper eating.
What about Muscle Lab's Nitro Injected Ripped Huge Mass Fat Shredding Fuel?
Isn't that an awesome supp?
It don´t think it is a very positive attitude for someone with your name to be asking for tips.Quote:

It was just a joke.
some of you have things WAY wrong. creatine is a great way to lose fat. and new muscle doesnt eat old fat youve got lying around.
studies have shown that test subjects have added LBM and dropped BF% when on creatine. yes, creatine adds extra weight. water weight. as soon as you hop off creatine it disappears within a few days. yes, creatine will help you lose fat. yes, it will help you gain LBM. however, don't expect your numbers to change. rather, it will change your composition.
but, like some have stated, you need to have your diet and training in order BEFORE you hit the supplements.
