Has anyone bought equipment from this place online, I know the freight is free but I was in doubt about how they charge tax amd if they charge tax.

I could not fine where they are located out of but Im in NY, sometimes tax varies on what state your in.

Was just wondering cause their is a store by me that sells the same equipment at the same price.

"Fitness Factory Outlet has it all! And at the lowest prices possible. Located in Forest Park, IL"

so being in NY you shouldn't have a problem with tax.

Is their tax cause Im buying 2 peaces tommorrow and it comes to a total of $555.55 but without tax I would save 37 dollars, yeah I know big deal but in the future when I buy more things I was just wondering if they charged tax cause it does add up.

Their is a store that has all the equipment that the fitnessfactory.com has and at the same prices

I hope there a good place to purchase equipment from!

I ordered that Pro Power Rack and a real cool plate tree from them the other day. The new tree holds a couple of bars upright and still has 6 plate pegs, cool.

Generally when a product is shipped out of state there is no sales collected, unless the company "has a presence" in the state to which the product is being shipped. In that case, you are "expected" to pay the sales tax to your state. Yeah, right!

You also might want to consider if you will have to assemble anything. Will the local vendor ship to your house and do any assembly if needed? How valuable is your time?

Yes they are, I bought all of my equipment from them.

If you do not live in Chicago then you will not incur any sales tax.
