    is it okay to workout if your still sore from before?

    i workout my upper body on Sundays,Tuesdays,Thursdays if I'm still sore from Sundays workout should i still lift on Tuesday?

    Do you mean that sunday you do chest/bi, tuesday back/tri, thursday shoulders or some similar split? Or is it all parts three times a week? If the latter I would say you aren't getting quality and probably over training, in which case read the first sentance.

    If the first is correct, then you are fine.
