    Arrow Lil help please

    Hey im 17 6'4" 220 and prom is may 7th and im just looking for anybody who is lookin for a project. I have a date and i can tell that she likes me, she just doesnt like my fat (obviously). Im not really all that fat so thats the main reason i think that i could easily shape up quickly with one of your help. I play football (tackle) and I have also always aspired to being a tight end so once i shape up i think i have a good chance of getting that. I have a decent amount of recources but i dont have a large amount of money to spend. This girl is hot as f*** so i really wanna go far with her. Sooner the better so im lookin for a great plan any good advice and all that.     Good luck with getting other replies on this. My advice would be to read the stickies, and work more on your diet than anything else. Some cardio wouldn't hurt, but it's the diet that'll kill you. Once again, the stickies will help you with this.

    rofl the girl is just as shallow as you are.

    yup read the stickies... and dont expect to be able to loose 40+ lbs of fat by prom naturally atleast.

    mm my goal isant really to loose 40 lbs at any point...im not trying to make my self skinny i was just lookin for some pointer on ways i could get a lil leaner. Thanks for your help and uh she already likes me, i just wanna be better for her sake, not because she doesnt like me cuz im not the skinny'st kid around. thx

    Well like stated above read the stickies. Eat a diet of 5-6 smalls meals a day, high protein low card, no simple carbs. Cardio for sure. The day or so before you could take some dandelion root and caffeine and sit in a steam room, loose some water weight (that will make you look a bit leaner and tighter). Two weeks is a very short time to have much happen.

    hit the cardio everyday 30-1hr and eat clean as hell...its all about willpower
