    routine??

    just wondering what everybody thinks of a split of 4 days on and 1 off
    like WWWWXWWWWX
    and obviously just doing each muscle once a week...
    at the moment im doing a WXWXWXX split but dont like having the day off in between(just psychological)...
    and do you think the body needs that day off in between even if your hitting different muscles each day??

    I don't see anything wrong with the idea. One thing you sould consider more than everyone's opinion is how YOUR body reacts to it. I don't think it would hurt to give it a try.

    you need to factor in a lot of things, not just what days you're lifting.
