    Who can do this?

I posted this awhile back, however I was finally able to do it!!

Sit with their feet up against a wall, reach forward keeping your knees straight and touch the wall with your palms. This stretch was extremely difficult in the beginning because of my tight hamstrings, however my flexibility has greatly improved from incorporating a thorough stretching routine after my workouts. Who can do it?

I cannot stretch for at all. i was never able too. Ever since I was a kid. I could only get like +1 on the sit and reach while everyone else got +4's or 5's.

I can flatten my palms on the ground from a standing position with knees locked, which is essentially the same thing.

I used to be able to do the splits, but I didn't maintain that kind of flexibility. I can still touch my head to my knees, although its a tad uncomfortable.

easily - but i think it's a lot more about the way i'm made than any direct flexibility training at this point.
