    P/RR/S during a cut

with this weight lifting program do you think it's ok to do durning cutting
as far as getting the best results. Let's say a damn near perfect diet of 2400cals for cutting. HIIT routine 4-5 maybe even up to 6 times a week.
I should mention that i need to loose weight also, like weight weight not
just burn fat. I have 9days to get to 175 i'm at 186 right now. Would
anyone suggest a different lifting routine. I have been doining this routine
for the last 3weeks and and seeing decent results so far. No weight loss though. It seems like i'm gaining in size and being steady around 190lbs
I haven't done any measurements but if i don't get my weight down I will
be kicked off my fighting team. Apr 29th is the deadline. I really don't wanna
take anytime off weight lifting though. I know i could loose the weight if i
just do cardio and HOMO lame ass workouts but i really don't want to do that.

Joe, I don't read so good. Did you say 11 lbs in 9 days?

wow 11 lbs in 9 days....You can certainly do it, but I don't think it'd be healthy. Just dehydrate yourself and you'll be good. Why so much weight in short time though?

I'm using the program for cutting right now, and from what I've read, its great for bulking AND cutting!

How many cals you should eat is all relative to your metabolism though.

yes, i understand about the cals and my metabolism. I have a very shitty one
I was always a big fat kid and can gain weight very easy. Which has it's goods
and bads. Bulking is fairly easy for me but cutting is a different story. The reason i need to loose weight is that i fight in a mixed martial arts league kinda
like a amature UFC type of thing. I hate doing that water weight crap though.
I want to actually chop 9lbs off and still keep lifting like a do now. I know it's
damn near imposible to do and still remain hydrated I was just wondering if
anyone had any sorta similar info from their own experience.

I guess this is what i get for taking almost 9months off after last fighting
season and gaining 30lbs of beer and whoring myslef all over the place

    i'll keep everyone posted

Dude, if you need to make weight for a weigh-in, do HIIT cardio 1-2 times a day and cut down on the water. This is unhealthy of course (dehydration), but 11 pounds can be done in 9 days, the water weight in the main thing. Then just get back to normal liquid intake after the weigh-in and you're fine.

Well, normally the point of cutting is to lose as much bodyfat as possible, but to maintain as much lean mass as possible. P/RR/S is a program that BUILDS MUSCLE! Muscle is more dense than fat and carries more weight. What you are trying to do is simply LOSE WEIGHT, and the amount you are looking to lose with mean losing fat, water, and MUSCLE. You want to lose faster? Drop weight lifting and just keep calories/carbs down and do a whole ton of cardio. That way you will burn off fat, water, and some of your muscle. I could never see doing such a thing, but that is YOUR goal here.

You are not losing weight b/c P/RR/S is being too efficient at keeping your muscle!
