    A little help please.

    Hey people,
I'v been doing a little bit of weight training at my house for some time now, and also reading up on the stickies and threads that are here but I have a question. How many times a week do you guys target a specific muscle group. In other words, is doing dumbell curls once a week better than doing them three times a week? I'v been doing just bench press, dumbell curls, and leg press three times a week untill summer. Once summer comes around I'll have more time to work out and I was wondering how I should change my workout. Basically I need to find a split.
    Thanks,
    Graham
