If you are in pain you might have done something but I would bet your not in pain because you would have mentioned it. I am sure you are fine. You could always snap some pics if you are nervous.

Shape of my shoulder
Ever since i did some intense shoulder workouts i've noticed a new shape to my shoulder.. Just wanted to check if it was normal.. It's like now my bone pertrudes a different way and it's cut differently when i flex.. is that alright?

What this means is that when we drop a ball and it falls to the ground, it wasn't the ball that moved (down to the ground), but the ground that moved (up to the ball)

You would know if there was a problem. You would basically feel some discomfort or pain. If you're not then everything is probably fine.
