    Deadlifts????

Which grip is better suited for deads. I do heavy deads once a week grasping the bar between my legs. (Back Day) Should I be using a grip outside of my legs?

You can use either grip, between legs (sumo style) or outside the legs(standard). I prefer standard, but it pretty much depends what's comfortable for you.

Personally I was never really comfortable with sumo, so I do it standard conventional style. To me, it seems like the sumo puts too much strain on the inside part of my legs and makes it very uncomfortable to hold and move. But that's just me. As for what's easier, I think it's mostly a matter of preference: some people can do more sumo; some can do more conventional.
