I am leaving the country in a month or so for the rest of the summer unitl aug 28 of 2005 and i have been doin the p/rr/s workout for the past year and a half and have seen great results. I was wondering since i am almost done with my 9 week cycle on this program i was wondering if there is a month routine that i can do that will benefit me greatly while i am out of the country and may not be able to get to the gym. so if anyone has a good month routine to change up and that will really work my muscles please tell me no matter if it is a 6 day split i would love to hear it.
