Why not put a day between chest and back rather then 2 days after both?
10 day split:
1. chest
2. back
3. rest
4. rest
5. legs
6. bis and tris
7. rest
8. shoulders
9. rest
10. rest
Yeah its alot of rest but I take a few days to recover, I'm usually pretty sore after each workout.
So what you guys think?

how much volume do you actually use for each bodypart? i'd imagine one would need to be doing Arnold type workouts to need 10 days to recover.
