    Just curious.

I picked up ProTrack yesterday and so far it's great. Will help me keep up with all my info...

It really is a good program. I think you can download a free demo of it for 30 days.

I use Word and I used to use Excel. They work fine for my purposes.

Obviously a pen & paper will do.. i've been doing that for a while.. but the benefits of having it in electronic form are huge.

What he said, you can look at what you did for the same exercise a week ago and add accordingly. Also, it's a good way to tell how much you've progressed overall.

Well you can keep track of how well you are progressing. It also has 3 separate logs...measurements of your body, a nutrition log and a workout log.

Most all foods are in the nutrition log already with everything you need to know (calories, carbs, fats, etc.) and what's not in there can be added. The best part is it will give you a total of everything for the day. Awesome for keeping up with calories and whatnot.

I guess it just depends on how serious you are or if you can keep up with everything yourself.....I can't.

Here are a bunch more you guys can look through. Most of them have a free 30 thing.

I have been using it for 3 weeks now and my bench went up 35lbs, I gained 2 inches on my arms and 20lbs of lean muscle.

i used to do the same thing, actually i basically set it up just like you do. i guess i got lazy and just started to write them with a pen in a spiral bound note book, i think the real reason i stopped is because i frequently make up new routines..practically every week. but keep up the tracking like you have been its a good habbit to get into.
