I really don't feel I have a good stretching program. I recently read an article at t-mag "a lazy mans guide to stretching" there are an awful lot of stretching exercise listed covering the entire body, should I only do stretches for the body part that I worked that day? Does anyone have a "really lazy guide to stretching"?

I don't see the point in doing full body stretching routines unless you are really inflexible.I do believe stretching does help recovery and can reduce the possibility of injuries.
After my workouts, I always cooldown which includes a 5-minute stretching routine;1 stretching exercise for each of the following:hips, hamstrings, quads and shoulder girdle. These are the muscle groups that tighten up on me after a workout. ------------------ "I figure,f*ck it.While I'm at it why not just shoot my buddy, take his job, give it to his sworn enemy, hike up gas prices, bomb a village, club a baby seal, hit the hash pipe and join the national guard....I could be elected president." |
