    what excersises can i do that will hit my lower pecs specifically?

    Dips and decline bench press will place more stress on the lower pecs..

    me neither, that is why I have that sticky thread that reg56 posted the link to.

    my goal was to hopefully stop these threads, btw do a search and you can dig up many threads where we debated this muscle isolation issue, but the article explains it quite well, so read that too.

    OK lemme guess, you want that boxy look in your lower chest right? Well if your pecs are not shaped in that way you will never achieve it, NEVER! However you can improve the way your chest looks by making it grow. This "look" that you are now seeking will seem silly in retrospect when you have a massive chest. I am speaking from experience.
    I'm coming in the gym, i'm coming at home, i'm coming in front of 25,000 people...it's fantastic!
