Right now im finding myself training hard.. eating well, gym everyday, proper cardio, proper weight training etc... im serious about it
on the other hand, i keep selling out my friends when the go out. I dont NEED the bar, i dont NEED to drink etc...
However i do enjoy it once in a while. I like getting drunk or even high sometimes...
WHat are the effects of alcohol and smokin weed on the body?
please dont just say "your training, you should know better" or "its bad"...

in my opinion, do what makes you happy, we only live once. plus its always fun to get drunk and show your abs off to girls 'by accident'.
