Build Bigger Biceps In 3 Easy Steps!

how come i don't see better gains by doing this rather than going really heavy and kinda cheating?

im not sure why you dont. the 3 steps are basic and they should work since you are using a full range of motion and are flexing your biceps when you do it. but the way to do biceps is to go heavy, just do what works for you

Im 18

its tough to see bicep gains IMO, you really have to push and you only gain a little at atime in terms of weight gains with your exercises.... when you think about it, if you can do 35's 5x's on dbs and cant even do a 40 once, then you work yourself up to 10xs on 35s, you will only be able to do about 3-4 on 40's. at low weights, every pound makes a difference

yeah I can't stand him. I loved how Kobe was scared and backing away and then when shaq came to split it up Kobe became a tough guy again.
